PCNS answers the phone Mon-Sat 8a to 8p, Sundays 8a to 12n. PCNS is a home based operation, located on Alma Road, Richardson, TX 75083. We're across the street from the new Texas Instruments Wafer Fab plant, at Prairie Creek Villas Apartments.

To request a service call, you must be at least 18 years of age. PC/Network Service cannot perform onsite service if your home has unaccompanied minors under 18 years of age, nor can PCNS perform empty or "resident absent" house calls.
Unless prior arrangements are made, payment is expected when services are rendered. PC/Network Service accepts personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Visa/Mastercard branded "debit" cards.
Texas State Sales Tax must be collected for a majority of Technical Services. If you need hardware installed and did not purchase the hardware from PCNS sales tax for the labor to install hardware must be collected.

PCNS strives to make appointments on time to your home or business, to the exact time agreed. We do not do "fuzzy" scheduling, something the bigger utility companies like Time Warner, Best Buy Geek Squad, and AT&T do. If I'm running late, I will call and keep you informed. On rare occasions an emergency arises. PC and Network repair can sometimes be crisis driven, and because of this, it is possible an appointment may have to be deferred or rescheduled.
Being prepared helps, and keeps service costs low. If you're having problems with your Internet or E-Mail, it's helpful to have your email account information, Time Warner, Charter, Verizon, or ATT documentation close by.
Write down error messages. This can be a tremendously helpful to any Computer Service Professional.
