PCNS has been in business for five years, and is an active member of the North Texas Chamber (northtexaschamber.org).

We're a small, home based operation, with low rates, quality service.  No superficial marketing hype or slogans.  Aside from the Internet and face to face meetings at the local Chambers, we do not advertise, as we depend on our customers to refer us.

Eric started off as a employee of a Information Service Accounting Software integrator, making on site calls in Houston, where he lived for 10 years, to Law Offices, Actuarial firms, Public Accounting Firms, business in the Energy Sector, even ships - lightering tankers.  He later decided to work as a Contractor - Consultant, finding the 8 to 5 grind and lack of challenges just wasn't cutting it.

He later moved to Dallas, to assist in a corporate infrastructure conversion from a Novell to a Microsoft Server Operating System.  Once this project was complete, he turned to the local business community, to get a feel for the Service Providing business.  Eric remained in RIchardson.   The dot-com bubble had burst, many IT service providers and contractors simply left the occupation, vowing to never return.

Eric knew DOS and Novell before Windows (and Windows Server) was cool.  Eric has several certifications, including Novell CNE, Microsoft MCP and MCSE, and is a Microsoft MCSD (Visual Basic).

He has experience with Quickbooks, Macola Progression Series 32 (with Pervasive.Sql), Novell, Windows Server (in a simple AD setup with DNS and DHCP), and has experience with setup of EDI using Sterling Commerce's Gentran Director.
